1. Scanning homework. Students got out their rhythm homework. We double-checked to see if the scansion of the poem was right in partners and as a class. Students then turned in their homework.
2. Personification notes. Students took notes on the back of L33 on personification. Get notes from a friend if you weren’t here.
3. Personification homework. Students chose one of three personification poems to annotate. Then, they wrote personification poems of their own. Annotation and the poem are due tomorrow. Here are the homework options:
