1. Review time. Students had a few minutes to review their reading and add to their reading guides.
2. Oral quiz. We reviewed Chapter 4 with questions and discussion.
3. Outline practice. We completed our Of Mice and Men characterization outlines. Here’s what they looked like: Characterization Outline. Then, students were able to use the quotes for their character listed here: DAD Characterization Quotes.
Students turned these in for a classwork grade.
HW: Finish reading Of Mice and Men by Friday.
