- Today instead of collecting homework, I gave students the option to take it home and add to their scene with dialogue for homework tonight. Or, you can work ahead and write a whole new scene!
- Dialogue information. Students received W6: Dialogue Notes for Binder. We discussed the four rules, then learned about indirect discourse (on the back).
- Students practiced punctuation on whiteboards using this powerpoint: Dialogue Punctuation PPT.
HW: Add dialogue to your scene you wrote over the weekend OR write a new scene using dialogue. Punctuate it correctly!
