Today we went on our field trip to The Carolina Theater to see The Loving Story. It was fantastic. We had a beautiful, brisk walk down Morgan Street, got to be the first ones in the theater, enjoyed the film, talked with the director, writer, and editor afterwards, and were overall the models of respect and courtesy.
As students watched the film they took notes on this Viewing Guide for The Loving Story: The Loving Story Viewing Guide. Students must finish the “Homework” section for tomorrow.
HW: Finish annotating and finding PLEs in the Letter from a Birmingham Jail and the oral argument in the Viewing Guide.
