1. Finish entering edits. Any students not done adding changes to their novel’s GoogleDoc added them.
2. Research for “Reception” and “Themes” sections. Students began working on their article Source Summary, which is due by Tuesday. Students should complete steps 1 and 2 for Monday.
For examples of Reception and Themes sections, search for your favorite book on Wikipedia and scroll down past the Plot Summary and Character sections.
HW: Write down 3 facts or quotes from the an article written about your novel. Underneath your facts/quotes, write down the citation information (found here).
Absentees: Enter in any changes you would like to make to your GoogleDoc. Download the Source Summary assignment. Complete steps 1 and 2 in your Writer’s Notebook.
